          "An Act requiring certain employers in the oil or gas                                                                 
          production industries to report certain job                                                                           
          opportunities to the Department of Labor and                                                                          
          Workforce Development as public information and                                                                       
          requiring that information to be posted on the Alaska                                                                 
          Online Public Notice System; and adding to the
